For single reservations, we ask that you kindly give us 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We understand that unexpected inconveniences happen. In order to provide the best service possible for other clients and employees,
* A 50% service charge will be applied if we receive notice of cancellation within 12 hours of the appointment time.
* A 100% service charge will be applied if we receive notice of cancellation within 5 hours of the appointment time. We appreciate your understanding. This policy helps ensure that all clients receive the best service and experience as possible.
For group reservations, we kindly ask for 72 hours of notice if you need to cancel the appointment. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, a 100% service charge will be applied. Again, we appreciate your understanding and adherence to the cancellation policy in order to best serve our valued customers and employees.
